During your first appointment, we will complete the full physical examination, collect blood and urine samples, review your vaccination records, and administer any required vaccines. This visit typically takes 30 to 45 mins. Payment in full is required at the time of the first visit.
At your second visit, Dr. Melendez will review your laboratory results and finalize Form I-693. You will receive a sealed and signed envelope that you cannot open. This second visit is usually scheduled about a week after the first.
The cost for the immigration medical exam is $495 for adults and $400 for children (17 and under).
No, medical insurance does not cover the immigration medical exam. The total cost must be paid by the applicant.
